Being submissive brings with it an array of intense emotions and desires. When you act upon your submissive nature to actually submit it can lead to intense and potentially unexpected physical and mental reactions. This is a lot to process for any sub!
One very simple way for you to start to understand your submissive self and relationship with anyone you serve is to keep a private journal about your submissive thoughts, feelings, actions, and playtime. It’s important for any sub, owned or unowned, playing online or in real time, to keep a journal like this. I highly recommend you begin keeping a private submission journal whether you serve me or not! Once you have done so for a few months you will begin to understand yourself on a deeper level, to know what your true limits are, what is the difference between what you want and what you need as a submissive, to accept yourself as a sub and love yourself for it.
Any sub who feels seriously about their submission to me must make an effort to keep a private submission journal and regularly write entries in it. In fact, any sub who is owned by me is hereby required to keep a private submission journal and update it at least bi-weekly.
The instructions below are for those serving me. If you are not serving me and wish to keep a private journal for yourself (Which I highly recommend, subs of all kinds will benefit from keeping a journal!) than you should simply get yourself a nice journal notebook and try to write in it as often as possible. Take time to read back over your entries occasionally, it will help you learn and grow as a sub.
Starting your private submission journal:
1. Buy a Mead Black Marble Wide-Rule Composition Book. Like this: http://www.amazon.com/Mead-Black-Marble-Wide-Ruled-Composition/dp/B00006IDM7
2. Begin writing entries. Each entry in your private journal must be dated and you should write as though you are writing private letters to me about your submission. Open up about your feelings, wishes, desires, fears, worries and whatever else is on your mind. I want to know how you feel after domination sessions, when you think of me, any private acts of submission you do in my honor, everything. At minimum you must update your private journal bi-weekly, though at least weekly is preferred. Entries do not need to be very long. Try to make it legible! Write neatly and carefully, taking your time with each entry.
3. When the book fills up you send it to me and start a new one! I will keep them private (of course!) but they will give me insight into your submissive psyche and how well you are reacting to your training.
Next week I’ll have a follow up to this post that will tell you all about keeping an online submission journal.

@DommeKyaa Guys are always lazy. One in a hundred could be a real sub, one in a hundred of those can be dedicated.
